Fried Beef with Scallions 韭黄炒牛肉丝

『食材』

200克牛肉,切丝

1茶匙米酒

1/2汤匙油

1/2茶匙酱油

1/2茶匙淀粉

10克蒜头

10克新鲜辣椒,切片

250克韭黄,切段

1/4茶匙盐

 

『做法』

1.将牛肉、米酒、1/2汤匙油、酱油和淀粉放入大碗内,腌10分钟。

2.将蒜头放入主锅,以3秒/速度5切碎,用刮刀棒将材料刮至主锅底。

3.加入1汤匙油和新鮮辣椒,以3分/120℃/速度小勺爆香。

4.加入腌好的牛肉,以3分/120℃/逆转/速度小勺拌炒,放入碗内备用。

5.将韭黄放入主锅,以2分/120℃/逆转/速度小勺拌炒。

6.加入炒过的牛肉和盐,以2分/120℃/逆转/速度小勺拌炒,立即享用。

 

Ingredients

200g beef, shredded

1 teaspoon rice wine

1/2 tablespoon oil

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon starch

10 g garlic

10g fresh chili, sliced

250 g chives, cut into sections

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

 Direction

1. Put the beef, rice wine, 1/2 tablespoon of oil, soy sauce and starch into a large bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.

 

2. Put the garlic in the mixing bowl, chop the garlic at 3 seconds/speed 5. Use a spatula to scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the mixing bowl.

 

3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and fresh chili, and saute at 3 min/120℃/small spoon of speed.

 

4. Add the marinated beef, stir fry at 3 min/120℃/reverse/speed small spoon, put it in a bowl for later use.

 

5. Put the leeks in the mixing bowl and stir fry at 2 min/120℃/reverse/speed small spoon.

 

6. Add the fried beef and salt, stir fry at 2 min/120℃/reverse/speed small spoon, enjoy immediately.
