INGREDIENTS

20g Garlic

20g Ginger

10g Dried Shrimp

45g Oil

60g Long Bean, cut

40g Lady Finger, sliced

50g Petai

100g Eggplant, sliced and deep fried

15g Shao Xing Wine

8g Oyster Sauce

INSTRUCTION

Place garlic and ginger into Allda bowl, chop them at Speed 5 for 5 seconds.

Add in oil and dried shrimp, fragrant using Speed 1 at 120°C for 3 minutes.

Add in all the vegetables, shao xing wine and oyster sauce, cook with Reverse + Speed 1 for 5 minutes using Steam.
