Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients


3 Eggs, seperated into egg yolks and egg whites.
2tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
45g all purpose flour (Sift)
3tbsp sugar


Instructions


1. Whisk eggs yolks, milk, vanilla essence evenly.
2. Add in baking powder and all purpose flour (Sift) and whisk them all together.
3. In a seperate ALLDA Jug, add in egg whites. (Butterfly Whisk, 2 mins, Speed 10)
4. During whisking, add in sugar.
5. Mix the ingredients in the bowl and the ingredients in the ALLDA Jug together evenly.
6. Place them into a pipping bag.
7. Pipe onto hot pan.
8. Enjoy!
