Featured Product: NAIXER Multifunction Mixer

When it comes to making your own baked goods from scratch, it can be an immensely rewarding activity. Its healthier for your family, not to mention that it costs much less than buying store-bought breads.

At the same time, the usage of mixers are not limited to baking. There are plenty of secondary uses for such mixers in the kitchen.

This mixer is the latest product from NAIXER, one of China's leading commercial kitchen manufacturers. It is affordably-priced and well-suited to commercial and domestic usage. It is encased in an aluminium alloy body and comes in white or red color.

The mixing bowl is made of 304 stainless steel with a capacity of 7L which is the standard huge capacity bowl in the market. It is designed for making more than four loaves of bread or nine dozen cookies in one batch.

What sets this mixer apart from so many others is the 12-speed shift adjustment. Even the most reputable brands in the market feature a maximum of 10-speed. This mixer is capable of handling pretty much any recipe or task in the kitchen. Despite its high power output of 350W, it is surprisingly energy-saving. Thanks to its all-metal drive gear, it boasts a quiet operation.

Another feature of the mixer is the 360 degrees planetary rotating blending action. This means that with each rotation, the attachments are able to mix more thoroughly. It also features advanced features such as a multi-function intelligent touch interface where there are 3 customizable memory menus. There is also a 30-minutes timer. So it is easy to adjust speed and time.

The mixer comes with 3 basic attachments, which is the whisk attachment, flat beater and dough hook. A splash guard with opening is also included, at no extra cost.

Its tilt-head design allows the head of the mixer to swing back from the neck of the base whereas the bowl locks to the base of the mixer. It is fast and easy to use, as compared to the bowl lift style. Tilt-head design is suitable for use in kitchens with low-hanging cabinets and for countertop use. On the contrary, bowl-lift mixers are generally higher in height as the bowl moves up and down with a lever.
