Edamame  毛豆

『食材』

500 克 水, 蒸煮用

500 克 毛豆, 剪去两头洗净

1 瓶 香糟卤, 约500毫升

 

『做法』

1.将水放入主锅,架上蒸锅并将毛豆放入,盖上蒸锅盖,以25分/120°/速度2蒸煮。

2.取下蒸锅,将蒸好的毛豆倒入碗中,用冷水冲凉后沥干,在碗中加入香糟卤,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏12个小时(或一夜),即可享用。

1 bottle of fragrant lees, about 500ml

Direction

1. Put water in the mixing bowl, set the steamer and put the edamame into the steamer, cover the steamer lid, and steam at 25 min/120°/speed 2.

2. Remove the steamer, pour the steamed edamame into a bowl, rinse with cold water and drain, add fragrant lees to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 12 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
