INGREDIENTS
75g Palm Sugar (Gula Melaka)
50g Water
150g Coconut Milk
30g Coconut Oil
75g Glutinous Rice Flour
INSTRUCTION
Place all the ingredients into the bowl and mix at Speed 3 for 20 seconds.
Blend at Speed 9 for 10 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Without the Measuring Cup, cook at 110°C on Reverse + Speed 2 for 30 to 40 minutes (based on preferred consistency) until the mixture becomes golden brown, firm and shiny paste.
Pour the paste into a non-stick mould and let it set in the fridge overnight.
