Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

100 g of flour (power flour)

100g of dark chocolate (chunk)

(Room temperature) 2 eggs (100g)

100 g butter

80ml milk

60g brown sugar

Baking powder 2g

Oven fan (round diameter 18 cm)

Oven paper foil

INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• Weigh the ingredients and put them in a bowl, and cut the butter easily.

• Place a piece of paper foil on the oven pan and start cooking. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.


Cooking:

1. Add chocolate, butter, milk, and brown sugar and melt at 50 degrees / 5 minutes / speed 2.

2. Add flour, baking powder and eggs and mix at 0 degrees / 20 seconds / speed 4.

3. Put the dough in an oven pan and beat it on the floor two or three times to remove air bubbles from the dough. Put in a preheated oven and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.

   -Poke with skewer, and if the dough does not come out, take it out of the pan and cool it in a cooling net.

   -Adjust the cooking temperature and time according to the oven.

4.The finished cake is placed on a cooling net and cooled.
