『做法』
1.鲫鱼洗净后,在鲫鱼的鱼肚正反两面上开斜刀,将鲫鱼放入铺有烘焙用纸的蒸盘中备用。
2.将蒜头、剁椒、辣豆瓣酱和油放入主锅,以5分/120℃/速度1爆香,将炒好的调料铺在鲫鱼上,将蒸盘置入蒸锅并盖上蒸锅盖。
3.将水放入主锅,架上蒸锅组,以20分/120℃/ 反转/速度1烹煮。盛盘后撒上香菜,即可享用。
