Chicken with Chili Oil Sauce 口水鸡

『食材:』

整鸡500g

口水鸡酱料

葱20g

花生酱60g

芝麻酱60g

香醋25g

蒜蓉辣酱40g

糖50g

花椒油20g

生抽75g

麻油60g

辣椒粉一勺

水240g


『做法:』

1. 将鸡清洗干净,去头去尾,用盐搓整鸡,再用水反复洗净2次,抹上适量盐腌制2小时。

2. 在鸡肚中放入姜片和葱,再将整只鸡放入锅中,加入料酒和水,以15分钟/120度/速度小勺烹煮。

3. 煮好后在锅内焖10分钟,煮好取出晾凉后切块备用,清洁主锅

口水鸡酱料:

1. 将花生酱、芝麻酱、香醋、蒜蓉辣酱、糖、花椒油、生抽、麻油、辣椒粉和水,放入主锅,以30秒/速度10搅打,在切好的鸡块上淋上适量酱汁,撒上花生碎,芝麻和香菜,即可享用。

Direction
