You'll know it's January when its time for the annual coffee exhibition, Cafe Malaysia.This year, it was held at the same venue as last year which is the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
Given the turnout of the previous years, one would reasonably expect for a bigger and more exciting show. Alas, one glance at the venue and you could somewhat tell that it is a smaller event than 2019.
But it was still very much a cafe-centric gathering of industry players who were present with their equipment, machinery, accessories and other supplies for anyone with an interest in the cafe scene.
While we weren't exhibiting at the event, we were there to visit our suppliers and pretty much show catch up with them. With the prerequisite coffee, of course.
To be sure, there were many perfect brews waiting for us at the show. As you can imagine, all our attempts at resisting caffeine proved to be futile.
Here's to more perfect brews in 2021!
