Braised Eggplant Over Rice

INGREDIENTS

3 Eggplants

200g of Pork

2 tablespoons of Miso

2 pieces of Garlic

1 1/2 cups Water (300ml)

1/2 cup chopped Green Onion

1 tablespoon Starch

1 tablespoon Water

1 tablespoon of Red Pepper Powder and Sugar

1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon of Sauce Oil, and Rice Wine

1/2 tablespoon of Red pepper paste

1 teaspoon of red pepper powder and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.

To prepare :

Slice the eggplant diagonally, and then cut 

Bake a little golden.

Cut pork into two or three

Tip :

Slightly frozen meat makes it better to grind.
