2.主锅里放油,姜,辣椒干和八角,设定3分钟/120度/反转小勺爆香
3.然后加入黑糖,生抽,老抽,设定2分钟/100度/反转小勺
4.然后插入蝴蝶棒
5.豆干平均放到蝴蝶棒两侧,然后加水150g,盖上盖子及量杯盖,设定20分钟/100度/反转小勺
6.时间到后,取下量杯盖,再设定20分钟/120度/反转小勺收汁,最后2分钟的时候再加入乌醋10g
