『做法』

1.鸡切小块放入辅助篮,水不要超过最大限制,5分钟50度5速清洗

2.取出网锅把鸡块冲洗干净,同时也把主锅清洗下。

3.擦干主锅放入姜和油,3分钟/120度/小勺爆香

4.放入鸡块和所有作料全部放主锅内,3秒/反转/速度2,让鸡块能均匀裹上料汁。

5.20分钟/120度/反转小勺,最后8分钟可以去盖收汁。结束音乐声响起后用刮刀把主锅内的鸡块翻下,盖上盖,五分钟后盛盘上桌(这一环也可以省略,鸡不是很大不需要,如果鸡块大又多可以加这五分钟让肉更入味)
