西兰花1朵

鲍鱼6个

杏鲍菇1大只

料酒少许

老抽1勺

麻油适量

姜片3片

葱段2段

淀粉1勺

 

做法

  1. 将油和姜片放入主锅,以3分/110C/速度1爆香
  2. 加入冬菇和老抽,以5分/120C/反转刀/速度1
  3. 加入生抽和水,以5分/100C/反转刀/速度1烹煮
  4. 加入鲍鱼,以2分/110C/反转刀/速度3烹煮,趁热享用

6 abalones
1 large eryngii mushroom
A little cooking wine
1 spoon of soy sauce
Sesame oil
3 slices of ginger
2 scallions
1 scoop of starch

Direction
