INGREDIENTS
100g Rock Sugar
150g Black Sesame Seeds, toasted
40g Glutinous Rice Flour, toasted
1 litre Water
INSTRUCTION
Place rock sugar and black sesame seeds into the bowl, then Turbo for 5 seconds until powdered.
Add in all the remaining ingredients and mix at Speed 3 for 15 seconds.
Cook the mixture until thicken at 100°C for 10 minutes at Speed 1 without the Measuring Cup.
