#红豆小知识# 红豆本身含有丰富的纤维素、配糖体及三萜皂苷,常吃红豆可净化血液、消除疲劳,对心脏病、肾脏病患者都有所助益。红豆中富含膳食纤维,有助于肠道蠕动,并能清除肠内废物,预防便秘。
【材料】
100克 低筋面粉
50克 黄油
1个 鸡蛋
25克 手工红冰糖
适量 自制红豆沙
10克 芝麻
【做法】
1) 锅中插入起泡器,放入黄油、鸡蛋,分三次放入手工红冰糖,以5分钟/速度2 搅拌。
2) 去掉起泡器,加入低筋面粉,以2分钟/搅拌。
3) 取出面团分成两份,放在案板上分别擀成薄片。
红豆沙放置保鲜膜上,擀成薄片,擀好后铺在一块面片上,再盖上另外一块面片。
切掉多余的边角成正方形,切成小块。
取出一小块,在表面上刷一层蛋液,再取一小块盖在上面,压实,依次处理。
4) 放入烤盘,刷上蛋液,撒上芝麻。放入预热好的烤箱,以170度/20分钟,烤制表 面金黄即可。

- Cut off the extra corners into a square and cut into small pieces.
- Take out a small piece, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface, then take a small piece to cover it, compact it, and process it in sequence.
- Put in a baking tray, brush with egg mixture, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put it in the preheated oven and bake it at 170°C/20 minutes until the surface is golden.
