AVEREX Oven & Fryer Cleaner (20L) Super Shine KH 5

Super Shine KH5 cleans baked-on grease, carbon and soils from oven hoods, grills, fryers, floor and wall. It is safe to use on iron, steel, stainless steel, porcelain and glass.

Use Instruction

Oven Cleaning

1. Cover exposed electrical connections and temperature recorders before use
2. Pre-heat the oven to 65 - 93°C
3. Apply neat Super Shine KH5 by spray method. For optimum result, application is best carried out by a sweeping motion with the sprayer about 7.5–10.0 cm from the surface to be cleaned.
4. After 15 – 20 minutes, use damp cloth or sponge to remove all grease and carbon residue
5. Rinse thoroughly with water
6. Grills should be lightly covered with vegetable oil before using

Grill Cleaning

1. Allow grill to cool and scrape down with a spatula. Surface should be cool enough to permit placing hand on surface to prevent warping when cleaning process is started.
2. Spray neat Super Shine KH5 over grill surface
3. Turn on grill. Agitate with a spatula until dark deposit loosen and scrape into grease trough.
4. Rinse with water thoroughly
5. Dry with a clean cloth and rub down grill surface with cooking oil

Baking Tray

1. Spray method: dilute 1: 5 to 1: 10 depending on soil level
2. Soak method: dilute 1: 10 to 1: 20 depending on soil level and soaking type. Recommended temperature is in 60 - 70°C.
3. Rinse with hot water

Deep fryer cleaning

1. Drain oil from fryer, pre-rinse excess oil
2. Fill fryer with water and add Super Shine KH5 at a ratio of 1:50 depending on soil condition (for heavy de-carbonizing, use neat or dilute 1:1)
3. Boil out for 30-45 mins
4. Drain and rinse thoroughly
