INGREDIENTS

2g Coriander Seeds

10g Garlic

40g Red Onion

50g Sun-Dried Cherry Tomato

20g Cilantro Leaf

400g Avocado

20g Lime Juice

2g Salt

2g Black Pepper Powder

INSTRUCTION

Blend the coriander seeds in the bowl using Turbo for 4 seconds.

Add in garlic, red onion, sun-dried cherry tomato and coriander leaf, blend at Speed 8 for 5 seconds.

Set up the Butterfly attachment, add in the remaining ingredients and mix at Speed 5 for 20 seconds.
