Traditional Chinese Steam Cake

Ingredients

2 Eggs

150g Castor Sugar

200g Plain Flour

140ml 100plus

Preperation

1. Insert blade and whisk into jug.

2. Egg + Castor Sugar (Whisk seperately each time)

    Step 1. 30 secs, Speed 2

   Step 2. 6 minutes, Speed 3

  Step 3. 2 minutes, Speed 2

3. Add in plain flour and 100 plus alternately from the top opening lid. (3 minutes, stir)

4. Boil 1400ml water in another jug.

5. Pour the batter into cupcake cups.

6. Put cups into the steam basket.

7. Cover with a lid and use a towel to cover all around the lid. (Temp 120, 35 minutes, stir).
