Super Shine KH1 is designed for all types of manual washing operations but particularly effective for sink washing of pots and pans, dishes and other utensils. It can be used in restaurant, hotel, hospital and school kitchen operations.
Use Instruction
Super Shine KH1 is used at concentration of 3 g/L at the temperature of 35-50°C. Under heavy soil condition, concentration may be increased to 6 g/L. It is safe on aluminum when used as directed; however, utensils should not be soaked for longer than 20 minutes.
Super Shine KH1 solutions give a far superior suds blanket than other detergents. These suds will hold up for extended period even in the presence of heavy grease and food soil.
